Wanted: Ten-Tec Omni accessories

I'm looking for these Ten-Tec items for my 546 Omni-C:

#217 500 Hz CW filter
#218 1.8 KHz SSB filter
#280 power supply with DC power cable
#243 remote VFO

I also need pages 3-3 and 3-4 from the owner's manual.
Mine is missing those two pages. A good clear scan is
fine, in any "normal" IBM PC format (PDF, JPG, etc).
