Kenwood Speakers, SP-930 vs SP-940

Have any of you seen the Kenwood SP-930 and SP-940 speakers side by side,
and can you tell me the difference in appearance?

I'm just trying to determine if an SP-930 would be a good cosmetic match
for my TS-940S, or should I look for an SP-940.

Also, do you know if there is any difference in the way they perform e.g.
the filters?
