Does anyone know how to wire an electret mic to this radio?

Go to Bob Heil's Heil Sound web site (under Amateur Radio) for diagrams on
how to wire elecret elements to radios -- such as the Kenwood -- that do not
have "phantom power" on the microphone audio line from radio to microphone.
