WTB: Motorola MRF-587 RF transistors
 

Anyone know where I can dig up at least three Motorola
MRF-587 RF transistors? They are discontinued, so not
available from the usual sources (Mouser, RF Parts, etc.).
They're still out there, but the closest I've come is One
Component Source at $27.50 each with a 25 piece minimum
order. Any help would be greatly appreciated. They're for the
preamplifier stage of an EIN 503L 3-Watt 40db broadband
amplifier.
