Default TECH: Icom 271A/E/H

does anyone know what allen wrench or torx key or whatever it is that
you need in order to remove the VFO knob from these radios? my whole
VFO assembly is loose and Im thinking that I will find out once I get
that knob off.

Its a metric allen wrench. Sorry I don't remember the size but a
standard metric allen wrench set should have it.

excellent! thanks Gary!! I just didnt want to stick the wrong type of
wrench in there and make things worse
