Where can l buy a pll low power fm transmitter with maximum of 10 milliwatt
power.

I want to be able to buy a finished product that is fairly cheap, is
adjustable by digital press button for frequency so l can pick a free
channel between 88 - 108.

Ramsey Electronics FM-25B. Available as a kit or pre-built. It uses DIP
switches inside to set the frequency but does cover the entire FM band, is
crystal controlled, stable, stereo, and up to about 25 mW. You can adjust
the output power. It comes with a built-in whip antenna as well as an
external antenna jack if you need more coverage. I just built one for a
local client - took me about 6 hours and worked just fine. The kit comes
with the power supply, enclosure, antenna, etc, and costs about $120. I
think the pre-built unit is closer to $170.
