IC-V200T

Hi to all,

I have vhf transceiver IC-V200T and I change eeprom to
super H16 but anyway before and now I have problem with output power. On
170.000 MHz they give about 30W, but on amateur band only 50mW.
I try adjust using service manual but I can only adjust power on 170.000
MHz.
Can you help to me and try explain how to adjust power on radioamateur band?
