WTB: FT-757GXII Mode Circuit Board

Anyone who might have an inoperable FT-757GXII
I am looking for the Mode Circuit Board (1"x1/2")
6 LEDS (5 Green 1 Amber) intact on the board with 7 colour coded wires
and end connector would be great.
