Can anyone sell me a codar radio RQ-10 " Q " - Multiplier, manual and installation instructions, all in good working order ?

No. but you can download the manual from the Boat Anchor Manual Archive
at http://bama.edebris.com/manuals/ for free. Installation instructions
are terse and they assume some previous experience in working on radios.
An older ARRL Handbook or RSGB manual will explain how a Q-multiplier
works and where they should be attached in the receiver. If you have
other questions, it is best to ask them on the Usenet
rec.radio.amateur.boatanchors newsgroup.
