Need help hooking up frequency display to TRC-458 radio

I need a little assistance. I am hooking up a PDC-256 frequency display to a
TRC-458 radio.

The instrutions state that you have to solder the input coax connector to a
51 ohm 1/4 watt resistor, then solder the other end of the resistor to a
15pf disc ceramic cap, then solder the unconnected end of the cap to the VCO
output transformer. Can someone help me out as to where this is soldered in
the TRC-458? The board is a Uniden board with the 858PLL in it.

Next, the directions state that I should solder the shield of the coax to a
ground point adjacent to the VCO output transformer. Again, can someone give
me an idea of what a ground point would be in this area of the radio?

As far as the power goes, the black wire should be soldered to a "solid low
impedence ground located near the modulation section of the circuit board"
and the red power lead should be soldered to the "switched side of the 12
volt power switch". I just need someone to give me an idea of where these
points would be.

Thanks in advance for your help.
