I have an Oregon Scientific temp/time device that synchronizes to WWVB
(which I am sure sends its date and time data in UTC), but permits
setting the Time Zone only to the 4 US mainland ones.

Any way of getting this thing to display UTC without disabling the
auto-synch feature?
