Heathkit IT-221 Semiconductor Curve Tracer..........$85 plus shipping
Use this unit to turn your scope into a curve tracer without having to
purchase an expensive used Tektronix 575, 576 or 577. This is a working
unit in nice shape. I don't have a manual but they are available from a
number of sources on the Internet.
