WTB: Cable Multi-Elmac M-1070/AF-68/PMR-8

Want to buy: Cable for Multi-Elmac M-1070/AF-68/PMR-8
This is a 3 headed cable. 11 pin "octal", 10 pin Jones plug, and 15 pin
Jones plug.
I'll buy separate ones and join them, if that's the best I can find.
The separate ones would be either, 11 and 10, or the 11 and 15.
