Huh? My WWVB clock informs me that today is "7-11 SU". The hh:mm:ss is accurate -- just the date is wrong. Can anyone with another WWVB clock confirm either proper or improper operation in the time signal(s) Batteries!! Several of you suggested *that*. Well, DOOH! It never occurred to me!! HI!HI! After all, it was an Xmas present from my wife -- Xmas of 2001, IIRC. The batteries are/were the original "Pacific Rim" AAA's that came in the package... That probably was it. I just changed the batteries -- I'll see if it locks up and sync's up with WWVB overnight. I guess I was just waiting for one of the LCD segments to go dim to tell me the batteries needed changing. I guess _I_ was dim. Silly me for thinking NIST had a problem! tnx for the replies, Jonesy -- | Marvin L Jones | jonz | W3DHJ | linux | Gunnison, Colorado | @ | Jonesy | OS/2 __ | 7,703' -- 2,345m | config.com | DM68mn SK |
