Consider yourself lucky - you live right in WWVB's back pocket.

I don't get enough signal in my semi-underground comm center / ham
shack (reinforced concrete walls up to 3-1/2 feet above the floor)
for a WWVB clock to work. I've spent three years trying and finally
gave up. Anyhow, they don't make them with the kind of face (marine
silent periods) that I want.
