What size washer for Astron RS-50 Terminals? Does anyone run copper
washers, or brass washers for better contact and performance?



How do you run your washers on your terminals.

Continuity on SO239 jacks on the back of an FT 847 and FT 100

Getting back into radio after a long stint away. I have an FT847 & FT100.
Ive noticed I can not seem to tune either my 50 MHz vertical or beam with
my FT847. However I can tune any HF wire cut for various bands I operate.
So I started at the antenna & worked my way back. The antenna is a
Cushcraft A505S, assembled correctly with a the "ready match" properly
measured. I applied a multimeter to the antenna at the feed point to check
for & continuity & there is none. I have checked my length...



Continuity on SO239 jacks on the back of an FT 847 and FT 100
