d104 mic
 

I bought a D104 off ebay. It is fine.

It is the first one that I have seen that the mic head is not chrome,but
a grey color that sort of matches the base. It does not appear to have
been painted other than at the factory.

The screws seem to be going into the casting on each side instead of the
ones that go all the way through.

The stand is a TUG 9 if that makes any difference.

Is this a newer or an older one ?

I am thinking the TUG 9 stand is one of the newer ones, but not sure
about the head.
