The Radio Amateur Invalid & Blind Club (RAIBC) is dedicated to supporting
Radio Amateurs and Short-wave Listeners with disabilities.




Typically for those with restricted vision, they will help set up and loan
expensive equipment that has a voice-enabled circuit. For instance, an HF
short wave receiver that speaks seven decimal zero two zero Mega Hertz CW.

Foundation, Intermediate and Advance license course materials.Â*You can
