Drake UV-3 questions
 

Hey guys,
I just got a new to me UV-3.
The radio has some minor issues and I need to talk to someone that knows the
radio.
There is a little board, just to the left of the Phase Detector / Reference
board
One of the wires are off.
Can anyone help me?
