Yaesu FT-50RD Transmit Problem
 

Press the PTT button and it tries to transmit but immediately reverts back
to receive.

Any programming ideas. I can't seem to find anything in the manuals.

Have you checked the battery voltage? Could
be low or going bad. Mine would give a beep
and go blank, then come back to receive when
the battery was low. Do you have a power supply
to run it on as a test?

Hi, did you try a full CPU reset?? All memories will be gone
afterwards so write them down!!
