Yes, actually I did try contacting those folks. Always got the email
returned, even looked up call signs on QRZ.com. I contacted CES, they
said they might have it, but didnt seem very interested in helping me.

Yeah, they warn they aren't terribly concerned about the old stuff. I was
hoping for you that the other group using one of them may be of assistance.
