Default Harris RF-350K/RT1446 help

I am trying to repair my radio after I got hit by lightning. I need a
special IC made by Harris
U5 located on the synthesizer board. The Harris part # for the synthesizer
board is
10085-5600 and for the IC 10085-5260. If anyone has a spare board or chip
they would be willing
to part with I would like to hear from you.
Stuart
