Nah, all HF bands are for sale. Lord help the rest of the world after the
FCC finishes their work. People like SC are the reason for this.

No, but I asked them to start testing on PSK, RTTY, APRS, Computer Interface
Logic and Theory and a half dozen other digital points. Does that help?
