Default Power supply noise on 2-meters FM

I've had a noise on various frequencies on 2-meter FM for quite a
while, which I believe it coming from my computer switching power
supply.
Instead of trying to repair it, what specifications should I look for
in a replacement power supply for my old IBM 6578-RBU NETVISTA computer
in an effort to cure the noise problem?
