TRW Data Sheet

Looking for any data in a TRW 350110 rf amp transistor used in a TV line amp. TRW semiconductors sure have fallen off the face of the earth!

Have you tried any semiconductor cross-reference books?
ECG or TCG replacement guides may have a substitute.

ECG, was I believe absorbed or changed to NTE. Do a websearch for either/both, and you'll probably find everything you need, and a whole lot you don't.
