the application form clearly says 'copies accepted'

rsgb have since said they will not accept scans
but as they do not say that in the original offer what they say in
the offer stands

but if wish you could get a uk ham to photocopy the advert
from july radcom - mail it to you or fax it - fill it in - then mail
it back to rsgb with $2

as the offer says it is open to all

take advantage of it - its a great offer not to be missed

Except that the offer won't work. If you go to www.rsgb.org and look
up the offer, you'll see that only ORIGINAL Radcom pages or
photocopies thereof will work. The web page explicitly says that
SCANS WON'T WORK, and that's what is at the qsl.net URL. The rsgb
wants to keep this a member - nonmember solicitation and has
therefore disqualified such things as jpeg images.
