I'm thinking about getting a DX-70TH for my 1997 Ford Escort sedan and am
wondering about:

1) noise

2) antenna connections

What vertical do people recommend? How would a CD antenna do? Or a
screwdriver?

Do I need a separate auto tuner? If so, which one?

I'm in the Boston, MA area.
