"cold" phase may use available equipment on board and takes minimal time of
astronauts, so it may begin, say, this autumn (or winter) if we will be fast
in managing of the receiving network. Under the current circumstance it will
be not only a particular scientific task, but also a distinct public support
of space researches in general. So if we can do it, I think we must do this
job together in memory of Columbia and its crew.
