general coverage converter

and i dont know anything about this

WHAT FREQUENCY DOES IT COVER ???
WHAT FREQUENCY IS THE INPUT / IF
DO YOU KNOW WHERE I CAN DOWNLOAD A MANUAL FOR IT FROM ?
AND GENERALLY HOW DO I USE IT ???
AND WHAT MODES ???

what antennas go where , presumabley i use a hf antenna
or is it the one for the if ????

or any other info welcome
