i need help with a GENERAL ELECTRIC TURBO 1000

it is a headset walkie talkie with product number, 3-5947b
i am not sure of how old it is, i acquired it garage saling with my
sister...
i do not understand how i talk to someone else on it, there is no
button and when i talk straight into it, it doesnt do anything...
