Default New York Times artical on BPL

In the artical "Is Broadband Out of a Wall Socket the Next Big Thing?" by
James Fallows on BPL technology that has recently been introduced as a means
of transmitting internet conductivity there was no mention of the severe
interverence that this mode causes to the radio frequency spectrum. The
American Radio Relay League as well as other organizations has been
conduction tests proving the potential disruption that this BPL service
would cause. There are ways to deliver broadband that do not pollute the
radio spectrum as Broadband over Power Line (BPL) does. These include
fiber-to-the-home, cable, DSL, and wireless broadband.
