Is there a suitable USENET NEWSGROUP where someone
could post and request binary files of HAM RADIO MANUALS?

It would make sense to ask for them here, and to post them to
alt.binaries.e-book.technical.

I suppose it wouldn't hurt to ask for them in
alt.binaries.e-book.technical too, but I'd be careful about cross-posting,
so that somebody doesn't accidentally post a binary to this newsgroup and
have the post cancelled.
