The proposals by Tony B Liar and Lilibet Windsor to
imprison Britland nationals in their own home on the
slightest pretext of a complaint by the secret police, without benefit of
a court hearing or knowing the evidence against them, represents
a greater threat than was ever put up by Hitler and his gang. (Although
Lilibet Windsor's German origins might throw up a question or two)

That house arrest will result in no telephones or computers being allowed,
so is it time for we Hams to encourage the rest of the world to take
an interest in communication projects and in communication modes,
to permit any and everybody to communicate into a house but
without the "security" farces being able to intercept the communications
or to prevent that communication? (And, no, I'm not proposing
support for the gangrenous degeneration that is the M3/CB Fools'
Licence scheme, nor am I offering a route for the L.I.A.R.'s of that
scheme to get more adulation than their current boasting manages to
harvest)

What sort of communications could we encourage the man-in-the-street
to cultivate? Morse Code via infra-red? Spread Spectrum via Bluetooth?
(Probably not, as all Bluetooth-equipped paraphernalia would be banned
by the exclusion orders).

Whatever. It seems that here is an excellent opportunity for we Hams to
act to guarantee the freedoms of the world (other than by invading
countries such as Iraq and killing the innocent civilianry in order to
make them "free")
