What is this BPL Workaround everyone has been talking about
 

We heard some guys taling about some sort of BPL workaround and doing some
sort of test on 20 M HF today but missed their calls. They may have been
using Echoling. maybe that's what they mean by workaround. Not sure.

But I remember reading some post here a couple months ago about some sort of
BPL work around that would send the entire spectrum of a band over the net
in realtime.

Does anyone have any idea what this BPL workaround is other then maybe
echolink?
