Midlands CB problems
My Midlands was cutting in/out so I finally bench tested it. I had power to
the rig. Out of frustration (it was a cheap rig) I wacked it and it came on! It woud stay on for awhile, then out again. I "wacked it" back to life several times. This is a cheap radio so it might be fun to experiment. Why does it do this? I checked the power connects, the solderings and whatnot and they all seemed good. Can I save this rig? Anyone have any other suggestions or reasons as to why it is doing this? Just wondered.. Could you send it to ? thanxs! Tom KC0GXX |

Try resoldering all connections on the printed circuit board
