If Authorized by a Legal Licensed Amateur

Is a non-licensed Amateur allowed to broadcast using a licensed
call-sign of an amateur who has given permission to that individual?
Obviously the licensed individual would be fully responsible for
anything the unlicensed individual did, but is it legal in practice?
