I don't know about other areas but
here in NC, our gaslines are plastic.

Even the larger mains are all plastic
pipe.

BPL will loose money bigtime, and
the utilities that go online with it will
siphon money from other ratepayers
to pay for the starup and the shutdown of
bpl.
