Default AWARD RULES "FAMOUSE AMATEUR RADIO AWARD"

AWARD "FAMOUSE AMATEUR RADIO"

RULES

The section ARI of Sala Consilina (SA) ITALY, has founded the permanent
award FARA "Famous Amateur Radio Award".
General requirements - Awards are available to all amateurs and SWLs for
worked or heard the countries of the following list where they were born
some famous radioamateurs
All the QSO made from year 1970 are valid to claim the award.

Bands e Modes - All the bands assigned to the Radio Amateur Service and all
the modes are allowed, satellites and WARC included.

There are 2 versions of the award:
1) HF ( are enough 10 countries)
2) 50MHZ/VHF/UHF (are enough only 6 countries to claim the award)

I countries sono i seguenti:
1) Argentina LU (LU1SM C.L. Menem, ex presidente dell'Argentina)
2) Bolivia CP (CP1CL Dr. H. Panzer, ex presidente della Bolivia)
3) Brasile PY (PY1JKO J.K. de Oliveira, ex presidente del Brasile SK)
4) Cook ZK (ZK1AN Sir T. Davis, Presidente delle isole Cook)
5) Giordania JY (JY1 Re Hussein di Giordania SK)
6) India VU (VU2SON Sonia Ghandi)
7) Italia I (I0FCG Sen. Francesco Cossiga, ex Presidente Rep. Italiana,
I2NSF A. Fogar)
8) Libano OD (OD5LE Emil Lahoud, presidente del Libano)
9) Marocco CN (CN8MH Hassan II, Re del Marocco SK)
10) Monaco 3A (3A0AG Alberto Grimaldi, Principe di Monaco)
11) Nicaragua YN (YN1AS Gen. A. Somoza, ex Presidente del Nicaragua)
12) Oman A4 (A41AA Q. Bin Said Al-Said, Sultano dell'Oman)
13) Perù OA (OA4FB F. Belante Terry, ex Presidente del Perù)
14) Polinesia Francese FO (FO5GJ Marlon Brando)
15) Polonia SP (SP3RN Padre Massimiliano Kolbe)
16) Russia UA (UA1LO Yuri Gagarin astronauta)
17) Spagna EA (EA0JC Juan Carlos de Borbone, Re di Spagna)
18) Tailandia HS (HS1A Bhumiphol Adulayadej, Re di Tailandia)
19) USA A-N-K-W (N6YOS Priscilla Presley)


To claim the Award the QSL cards are not required but they must be in
possession of the applicant and could be requested anytime for checks.

The fee is 10 Euro or 12 Dollars. To receive the Award as registered mail
please add 3 Euro or 4 Dollars.

Application forms must be sent to this address:
