I have been racking my brain trying to locate a back-issue of either "CQ" or
"QST" from the last year or so.

The article was about a guy who designed his own software to use in
conjunction with packet radio, to support a
bike race. Does anyone reccollect what article I'm referring to? I would be
very greatful if you could steer me to
it. It actually was a two part article spanning two issues.
