Need socket pinout on 4CX1500B Tube

Can anyone lead me to a diagram of the pinout for this tube? I found
one for PENTA but it was so distorted could not make it out.

I think the center pin/bottom ring must be one side of the filament
and possibly the cathode.

Any leads appreciated. I even have the socket but cannot figure
the pinout.
