Lambda power supply schematic
 

I am looking for schematic/ manual for a Lambda LYS-P-15 power
suppply. I bought a couple of these at a hamfest a few years ago and
as I remember they worked before they got put away in storage but dont
now.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
