Hi,
I would like to use this tube for QRP purposes. Anybody out there with
schematics, plans, experience etc.?

seems to be a battery directly heated pentode / beam power tube.
Max ratings:
Vf = 1.25 +/- 20%
If = 20ma
Vp = 45v
Vg2 = 45v
Ik = 1ma

Typical operation:
Vp = 22.5v
Vg2 = 22.5v
Vg1 = -1.5v
Peak grid signal voltage 1.5v
Ip = .45ma
Ig2 = .12ma
Transconductance 400umhos
Rp = .22meg ohm
Rl = .05meg ohm
Distortion = 10%
Power out = 3.75mw

lead 1 = plate (red dot)
lead 2 = G2
lead 3 = F+
lead 4 = G1
lead 5 = F-

G3 (deflector plates) internally connected to filament.
