decent, low or moderate cost home brew RF amp?

Being out of ham for nearly 20 years, I am recently getting back involved on
HF voice (10-80 meters). I have a small 2 watt QRP SSB rig that I would
like to boost up to at least 100 W PEP in the mobile. What amps are
available accepting low drive on HF for 100 w output? How about schematics
or plans? Thank you, John

Hey OT:

Try this Indian ham his web page for an amp is he
http://www.foxdelta.com/products/rfamp.htm#mrf

He notes in other links that it comes from a clone mod of K7ES's ARRL
1981-3 handbook amp using MRF454's

His amp uses MRF455's, which the spec says they gots 13 db power gain.
meaning 3 watts in 60 watts on paper.
albiet he uses push pull, so I recall somewhere he gets 5 watts in 100
watts out in the real world.
