Looking for floating voltage regulator - MC1466L

Joe -

Let's look at the obvious.

The MC designation is Motorola Semiconductor. The Motorola division that
produced analog, logic and discrete semiconductors was "spun off" into
ON Semiconductor www.onsemi.com/

There are companies that have a wide assortment of new and obsolete Motorola
semiconductors

A quick search of http://www.1sourcecomponents.com/

Shows this part IN STOCK

Need one or two for a repair on a Lambda supply... willing to pay but

not
a fortune as the supply is an antique :-)

Thanks, Joe KB9LZB

A useful reference for linear power supplies (largely based on LM723)

Did you use them for small qty ?
What are their prices vs normal prices for still available components ?
(the pb is they want us to give a target price)

I mean, I'm homebrewing a VNA and other toys, and need a lot of different
small qty stuff and digikey, newark, farnell and so on will become somewhat
pricey at the end of the line.

How useful can they be for me ?

Thanks,
Fred.
