The Analog Devices AD607 would do the trick.........it is an I.F. subsystem
that has I and Q outputs. There isn't much support from Analog Devices on
this one, so you would be breaking new frontiers.

You can convert directly down to I and Q baseband with two mixers and a
quadrature oscillator, then demodulate the baseband signals with a DSP.
