Sadly no, I have a bag of 50 of the things and I'm wondering what I
can use them for. I do know that they ar'nt from ST ( the company ) or
at least there is no mention of them on their site.

Out of curiosity, how do you know that they're FETs?? They could easily be
BJT's SCRs, TRIACS, or just about any other type of semiconductor that has
been produced in that package.

Well, you may have a point there ;-)
Seriously though, I bought them from someone who knows they are FET's,
but has no data for them.
