Need info about 2SC3286 VHF power device
 

Hi

tried Google to search data for 2SC3286, but ended up with some
Japanese lettered sites which Netscape couldn't read. Does somebody
have a pdf file or know where I could find it?

I am writing some info about recent surplus equipment available here,
