Can't get a response
 

QRPp International Radio Club sells crystals for the popular QRP channels via
the net. I ordered a crystal and paid for it via PayPal over two weeks ago.

This group sells but this is not to be confused with shipping or answering
email.

Should I just chalk the $7.00 up to a bad experience?
(broke=not working, retired=not working, retired=broke)

IF they have to have them made, ie they are out of stock.... it can take 2-4
weeks to get them made. Anything less than that is considered by Crystal
Manufacturing companies as "RUSH" and they charge out the ass for it. What
you may get for $10 with a 4 week delivery could cost $50 for faster
service - not to include shipping. They MAY just be out of stock. Did they
say anything in fine print about delays, etc???? READ the fine print.
Otherwise, they should send notice if they have a problem. I think Pay Pal
has some sort of program included to prevent rip offs, perhaps e-mail them.
IF you used a credit card, notify them as well. G.W.
