It took me 5 seconds to load up Google and type in "msa0304 data"

Hi

have some problems to find data for MMIC MSA0304,
only need to know the bias resistor for Vcc=9V and/or 12V, IP3 and
gain

need it for a general purpose noise source with MPS918 to cover
500-25000kHz band for selectivity tests. The reason for using this old
device is that I already got some douzens

what sort of narrow band noise evel could I expect in a 1kHz BW from
MPS918 emitter-base-junction noise source?

Well,
soon I discovered the "fingertrouble" and deleted the first poster,
but the second question hasn't been answered until I made my own
measurements. Later posted a modified question, but no comments were
seen, so one may wonder if nobody else is experiemting any more?
The actual construction and variations are shown on
http://home.online.no/~la8ak/c13.htm
It is some frequency limitation, but not important since I need only
to cover the 100kHz to 10MHz band, so LPF and HPF should be added if
they can be made simple.
Suppose it is much gain in the first amplifier and this is the reason
for the bandlimit. We tested LA4WN's IC706 using a program, but it
seems to be some distortion in the audio stage so a simple external
product detector with some offset from zero beat is needed for more
real measurements where harmonic distortion on audio doesn't increase
the background noise level which is on the loadspeaker audio output

Unfortunately I forgot the box at LA4WN last night, and since he lives
220km away, the easiest would be to build a new version, possibly with
a more proper box, hi.
