Data for MSA0304 MMIC
 

Hi

have some problems to find data for MMIC MSA0304,
only need to know the bias resistor for Vcc=9V and/or 12V, IP3 and
gain

need it for a general purpose noise source with MPS918 to cover
500-25000kHz band for selectivity tests. The reason for using this old
device is that I already got some douzens

what sort of narrow band noise evel could I expect in a 1kHz BW from
MPS918 emitter-base-junction noise source?
